Drive For A Difference

Fred Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC is honored to host our annual charity campaign, DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE, a program that has been at the heart of our community since 2021. Since its inception Fred Anderson’s DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE has allowed us to give back to the communities that have supported us for so many years, fostering a deep relationship with our dealership and the communities we serve. 

Fred Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC has had a long-standing tradition of supporting charitable organizations, and DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE has become a key part of that legacy. Through DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE, we contribute $5000 each month to local charities with our employees and customers playing an active role in selecting the recipients. This program is a reflection of our commitment to making a meaningful impact in our community year after year. 

We proudly partner with several impactful organizations in our community:

The Forrester Center for Behavioral Health: The Forrester Center for Behavioral Health, serving Spartanburg and Greer, is a nationally accredited nonprofit providing compassionate, evidence-based care for substance use and other behavioral health needs. Their services include individualized treatment, counseling, prevention programs, and community education designed to empower individuals and strengthen the communities they serve.

Greer Relief: Greer Relief offers emergency assistance to individuals and families facing financial hardship. Their services help meet basic needs such as food, utilities, and housing support during times of crisis.

Daily Bread Ministries: Daily Bread Ministries serves the Greer community by providing food assistance and supportive services to those in need. Their mission is to offer hope and help through consistent access to nutritious food and caring community outreach.

Meyer Center: The Meyer Center is a nonprofit specializing in early education and intensive therapy services to empower children with disabilities to reach their maximum potential.
